Guest Rooms, Suites, and Cabins
Lovely accommodations and a choice of guest rooms, suites and cabins are available at The 1927 Lake Lure Inn and Spa. Many of our rooms have views of the lake and mountains.
The Inn and Beachside have 69 guest rooms and suites and 3 cabins, each with private bath. All guest rooms, suites and cabins have Cable TV and telephone. Refrigerators and rollaway's available upon request and small fee. The Inn is also equipped with wireless Internet service.
The Beachside offers 21 newly furnished, totally renovated rooms, cabin, and suites. |
"Dirty Dancing" Cabins!

If you are looking for privacy, ask us about the availability of our two "Dirty Dancing" cabins. The larger of the two cabins, "Johnny's Cabin", features a large Jacuzzi room, wet bar and kitchenette, a large bedroom, full bathroom, and a very sweet front porch. Or you may enjoy "Baby's Bungalow", which includes a Jacuzzi, wet bar and kitchenette, bedroom, full bathroom, and private porch., or check out the "Jennifer Grey Suite" .

Pool & Restaurant
Due to weddings or events, the pool may not be available for some dates. Please call 828-625-2525 f0r blackout dates. No discounts will be given for pool not being available.
The Restaurant is closed Sunday evenings, Monday and Tuesday.
Hotel Policies
Thank you for choosing The 1927 Lake Lure Inn and Spa for your accommodations.
Cancellations
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or make any amendments to your reservation, we must be contacted 48 hours prior to check-in time of 3:00p.m.
If you cancel your reservation within the 48 hours cancellation policy, a full night's room rate will be charged. If you arrive and decide to not stay with us, this is an cancellation within 48 hours and will incur the full night's room.
If you decide to shorten your stay while staying with us, a $25.00 administration fee will be incurred.
Smoking
We are a non-smoking hotel. A $150.00 cleaning fee will be assessed if smoking occurs in your room.
Pets
We are a pet friendly hotel. A fee of $25.00 per pet, per night applies.
Rates
Rates do not include sales and occupancy tax. Rates are subject to change with out prior notification. Weekend rates apply on all holidays.
Miscellaneous
Rollaway beds, refrigerators and microwaves are available for a fee of $10.00 per stay. Any items left or forgotten in the rooms will be kept in out Lost and Found Department, located in the Housekeeping Department for 30 days; you may call 828.625.2525 Ext.115 to report or inquire about a lost item; we ship items standard US mail. Overnight shipping or shipping insurance costs will be the responsibility of the guest.
The Veranda Restaurant and the Pool may be closed for Private Functions. Please call our Reservation Agents for more information. No refunds or discounts will be given.
